The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a frame work that enables organizations to translate strategy into operational objectives that drive both behavior and performance.
CEC has established a Strategy Management Office and has formed three teams for the purpose of formulating CEC's strategy map. These teams are; the Leadership Team headed by the Managing Director, the Core Team headed by the Management Representative for Quality (MRQ), and the Measurement team headed by the Strategy Management Manager (SMM).

The adopted CEC Financial Model entails 2 Strategy themes namely Revenue Growth Strategy and Productivity Strategy. These 2 theme models focus on competitiveness and productivity as strategic drivers for growth and expansion.
CE's Customer Value Proposition is "Operational Excellence". This differentiating customer strategy focuses on Quality, Price, Lead Time, Selectivity and Brand.
